Since spring has arrived, we have much more power for everyday activities. We are doing renovations in our apartments, rearranging the garden, sometimes even going for a short trip to the Paris. But the most humans begin to exercising. They are going to the swimming pool, practicing Yoga, having great time on the tennis court. If you do not have to much time for any tasks like that, and you still like to stay in shape, you could start to ride a bicycle. But not normal one - so design your own bike!
